Catherine Enjolet, écrivain – essayiste* www.catherineenjolet.net lance en 1990 son concept Les Liens du Sens et innove en France le Parrainage d’enfants… du bout de la rue, elle organise le premier réseau national de parrains marraines bénévole
pour les enfants.
les et crée l’association Parrains par’ mille. Elle étend dès 2007, hors frontière, et développe le réseau de son action via son ONG Les Liens du sens à l’international.

Priority for human law. Affective links’ mission is to ensure that every child has a fullfilling childhood with an affective and safe parent(s) to grow up. Affective links organisation leads Volonteer Affective Parents accompanied by distinguiished psychology experts.
As the French organisation is now well devellopped all over France, Affective Adoption must now answer the children’s urgent needs abroad. After having participated at a lot of official meetings to develop Affective Adoption in the UK, Manchester and Liverpool – in Germany, Berlin and Baltique – in Marocco, Fez and Essaouira. Catherine Enjolet accompagnies local organisations in other countries. These foreign organisations are devevelopped, following its roots and under its guidance, respecting its origins, its deontology and methodology.
